2:23 a.m. Sunday — James Virgil Pryor, 33, is accused of assaulting his girlfriend, Melissa Selfridge, 31, during a domestic dispute at the couple's Bredin Avenue home. Police said Pryor is charged with simple assault and terroristic threats.2:19 a.m. Saturday — Richard D. Rieger, 37, of Prospect was arrested for driving under the influence on West Diamond Street. Police said Rieger also was cited for careless driving and disregarding traffic lanes.2:17 p.m. Friday — A van driven by Stephanie Ester Forsythe, 24, of Butler and a pickup truck driven by Marcus Fike, 45, of Pittsburgh collided on Hansen Avenue. Fike was treated at Butler Memorial Hospital for moderate injuries.3:38 p.m. Thursday — Acar driven by Lorraine Kollar, 60, of Harrisville struck a utility pole along South Cedar Street. Police said Kollar was cited for a lane violation.2:40 p.m. Thursday — Robert Harbison, 44, of Butler is accused in a hit-and-run accident on Hansen Avenue. Police said Harbison drove away after his car struck a sport utility vehicle driven by Julia Connor, 51, of Butler.Harbison was later found and cited for accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle, careless driving and a left-turn violation.8:34 p.m. Tuesday — No charges were filed when a car driven by Ann Stahura, 55, of Butler and a pedestrian, Norman Baker, 44, of Butler, collided at West Brady and North Jackson streets. Baker suffered minor injuries that apparently did not require medical treatment.State Police, Butler1:32 a.m. Sunday — James Preston Jr., 47, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at Herman and Geibel roads in Summit Township.3:04 p.m. Saturday — A car driven by Allison Wickham, 20, of Erie and a pickup truck driven by Jeremy Houk, 32, of Volant, Lawrence County, collided on Route 108 near Interstate 79 in Worth Township. Police said Wickham was cited for an illegal U-turn and Houk was cited for a lane violation.2:30 p.m. Saturday — Jouline Louise Walker, 18, and Rosselyn Michelle Brace, 38, both of Butler are accused of shoplifting $127 in clothing from Boscov's in the Clearview Mall, Center Township. Police said Walker also allegedly took a $17 necklace from the Bon Ton store at the mall. Both women are charged with retail theft.11:13 a.m. Saturday — A 16-year-old Cranberry Township girl faces a ticket for speeding after her car crashed into a guardrail on I-79 in Jackson Township. Police did not identify the girl.10:05 a.m. Saturday — An SUVdriven by Lam Nguyen, 49, of Pittsburgh and a minivan driven by Jodi M. Mann, 43, of Gibsonia collided on I-79 in Cranberry Township.10:47 p.m. Friday — Jeffery Albert Everetts, 44, of North Washington was arrested for suspicion of DUI after a minor vehicle crash on Route 308 in the Boyers area of Marion Township. Apolice report about the crash was not immediately available.1:10 a.m. Friday — A pickup driven by Adam M. Ealy, 28, of Butler crashed into an embankment on Mahood Road in Clay Township. Police said Ealy fled the crash site before they got there; he faces citations for hit-and-run and driving too fast for conditions.Friday — An all-terrain vehicle was stolen from Country Garden Center on Glade Mill Road in Clinton Township. The ATV, a 2001 John Deere Gator valued at $5,000, was stolen between 5 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. Friday.Thursday — Police filed drunken driving charges against David Daniel Hughes, 28, of Butler stemming from a traffic stop on Route 8 at the Get Go convenience store in Butler Township. In addition to DUI, Hughes is charged with a stop sign violation.

12:35 a.m. Friday — An unknown driver collided with a car on Kissenger Mills Road in Madison Township and drove away after the crash. Timmy L. Best, 42, of Rimersburg was driving the car. Police noted Best pulled his car off the road in an attempt to avoid the unidentified vehicle.

9:30 p.m. Saturday — A minivan driven by Susan E. Heilman, 27, of Kittanning struck a deer on Route 28 near Furnace Run Road in South Buffalo Township.7:40 p.m. Saturday — Dustin Truckley, 32, was arrested for allegedly assaulting Bobbi Jo Miller, 29, during an argument at the couple's South Scenic Drive home in South Buffalo Township. Police said Truckley was arraigned on a charge of simple assault and placed in the Armstrong County Jail on $5,000 bond.9:20 p.m. Friday — Jack Allan Houser, no age given, of Sarver was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 28 in Harrison Township, Allegheny County.

Thursday — An unknown burglar made off with 5 gallons of unleaded gas after breaking into a shed at the Center Church Road home of James Veder in Pine Township. The burglary occurred between Oct. 12 and Thursday.
