I say lets get rid of all specialized parking. Maternity Parking: Who cares if you need formula for a premie newborn and it is pouring down rain, you should park like everyone else. Handicapped Parking: Well most of you are in wheel chairs you don't even have to walk. Also don't forget the special CEO parking, how about staff parking at the high school, the special parking for clergy at the hospital.

Come on folks! This is ridiculous. The parking is there because there is a need for it. When people don't follow the rules it effects all of us in some way. Yes, in the past we didn't have special parking for expecting moms, however, moms were not required to buckle children in car seats. I get very angry when I see a 40 something man pulling out of parking spots meant for expecting moms. I get even more upset when I see people parking in handicapped spots. They serve a need, and I am one that doesn't usually say anything because I don't like confrontation but maybe it is time I did say something.
