Ernest W. Switzer, 73, of East Brady died Wednesday at the Clarview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Sligo.

Born Sept. 27, 1934, in Rimersburg, he was the son of John and Iona (Peters) Switzer.

He worked at Pullman Standard as a painter for 23 years.

Surviving are his wife, Karen E. Beabout Switzer of East Brady. They were married June 4, 1971. Also surviving are two daughters, Stacie Switzer of Rimersburg and Tracy Wolbert of Lucinda; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

<B>SWITZER</B> — At the request of Ernest W. Switzer, who died Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2008, there will be no services. Arrangements were handled by the <B>Buechele Funeral Home</B>, East Brady.
