C.J. Burns of Butler was awarded a winner of the Moonlight Credit Union William C. Lane Memorial Scholarship for the 2008-09 school year.Student members are selected based on academics, community involvement and use of credit union services.Burns is the son of Wil and Joan Burns of Butler.He is a junior at Penn State Behrend and is enrolled in the College of Engineering program.———The following Butler County residents were recently awarded $10,000 scholarships from the II-VIFoundation.
