12:53 p.m. Friday — A car driven by Craig Marzullo, 17, of Butler and a car driven by Rachel Robinson, 18, of Lyndora collided at the intersection of Route 8 and Decatur Drive. Marzullo suffered a minor injury.
1 a.m. Friday — Neil Croop, 32, of Mars was arrested under suspicion of driving under the influence and numerous other traffic citations after the vehicle he was driving allegedly rear-ended a vehicle driven by Janet Kirk, 52, of Wexford then fled the scene. Neither driver was injured in the crash. Croop's vehicle was pulled over a short time later by Adams Township police.12:01 p.m. Thursday — Someone stole an Everstart battery belonging to Lester C. Wolfe of Cowansville from a backhoe at St. John's Reformed Church cemetery along West Slippery Rock Street in Donegal Township between 3:30 p.m. Sept. 4 and 12:01 p.m. Thursday. Anyone with information should call police at 724-284-8100.
7 p.m. Wednesday — Someone driving east on Route 68 in Bradys Bend Township struck the end of a guardrail in a construction zone, then fled.
3 p.m. Thursday — A motorcycle driven by Ronald Best of Parker crashed into a tree along Glassflats Road near McNany Road in Perry Township. Best was not wearing a helmet and suffered moderate injuries.
