5:54 p.m. Sunday — A car driven by Jean Olcus, 73, of Chicora and a bicycle ridden by a 10-year-old Butler boy collided at the intersection of East Brady and North Monroe streets. The boy was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with abdominal and pelvic pain. Olcus and passengers Joseph Olcus, 46, and Harry Miller, 79, both of Chicora, were wearing seat belts and were not injured.5:56 p.m. Sept. 9 — A 17-year-old Butler boy was charged with burglary, criminal conspiracy, theft, missiles onto road and depositing waste on a highway after he and a 15-year-old Butler boy allegedly broke into a storage bin at Memorial Park, stealing a case of toilet paper, then threw several rolls from their car window, hitting a pedestrian. The 15-year-old was charged with burglary, criminal conspiracy and theft.8:30 p.m. Sept. 6 — David Stewart, 19, two 17-year-old boys, a 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy, all of Butler, were charged with disorderly conduct after they allegedly spray painted graffiti on a concrete wall beneath the Gen. Richard Butler Bridge. The 15-year-old also was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.July 25 — Laura Lee Marburger, 43, of Butler was charged with one count of bad checks after she allegedly wrote a bad check to Robert's Bakery on South Main Street.

8:42 a.m. Wednesday — Someone stole a red-and-black 1500 cc two-seat go-cart from Tractor Supply in Alameda Plaza. Anyone with information should call police at 724-285-9600.2:25 a.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Edward Bruno Garcia, 35, of Orlando, Fla., crashed along Route 8. Garcia and passenger Neven Al Tamimi, 32, of Orlando, Fla., were taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with unknown injuries.11:08 a.m. Monday — A car driven by Nathan Jacob, 19, of Pittsburgh and a pickup truck driven by Dennis Walowen, 40, of Petrolia collided at the intersection of Route 68 and Eberhart Road. Jacob, Walowen and Walowen's six passengers, including four juveniles, were not injured. Jacob's passenger, Rachel Kiser, 23, of Butler sustained an unknown injury.11:20 p.m. Sunday — Keith Michael Hanna, 60, of Connoquenessing was charged with driving under the influence, driving under suspension-DUI related, duty of drivers in emergency response areas, obedience to authorized person directing traffic, careless driving and drivers required to be licensed after he allegedly drove around a marked patrol car blocking traffic on Whitestown Road because of a fallen tree.

5 a.m. Wednesday — Police are searching for Rob Paul Bandi, 19, of Cabot, who has been missing since Wednesday morning. Bandi is a white male last seen driving a white Dodge Dakota along Marwood Road in Winfield Township. Anyone with information on Bandi's whereabouts should call police at 724-284-8100.11 p.m. Friday — Someone stole several spools of copper wire from Ervin Industries on East Butler Road in Summit Township between 3 and 11 p.m. Friday. Anyone with information should call police at 724-284-8100.Aug 22 — Robert Herald Boyer, 32, of Kennerdell and April Christine Ferguson, 21, of Emlenton were each charged with criminal conspiracy and theft by unlawful taking after they allegedly tried to take scrap metal from private property along Eakin Road. Michael Alan Rose, 22, of Clintonville was charged with theft by unlawful taking in connection with the same incident.

5:50 a.m. Monday — A car driven by Rhonda Kenzig, 52, of Dayton, Pa., and a truck driven by Anthony Suppa, 30, of Kittanning collided on Route 28 in South Buffalo Township. Both drivers were wearing seat belts and were not injured.

June 16 — Cheers, 710 Saxonburg Road in Butler, was charged with sales of liquor for consumption off the premises.
