6:09 p.m. Thursday — Stephanie Ann Feltman, 23, of Butler was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia after suffering an apparent heroin overdose on Mercer Street.A police report said officers were called to a home and found Butler Ambulance Service paramedics treating Feltman, who was sitting on the ground near a van. She was later taken to Butler Memorial Hospital.Police said the van’s passenger side was opened. Inside, officers found a syringe and a spoon with suspected heroin residue on it. Feltman’s purse was on the passenger seat and in the purse were two new syringes, the police report said.9:46 p.m. Wednesday — Dewayne Alan Cousins, 44, is accused of punching his 20-year-old son, Clinton Cousins, in the side of the face during a domestic dispute at their Mitchell Avenue home. Police said Dewayne Cousins is charged with simple assault.12:21 a.m. Tuesday — Jeffrey S. Kaiser, 44, of Butler was arrested for driving under the influence on Dumbaugh Street. Police said Kaiser also was cited for driving with a suspended license and not using turn signals.
6:31 p.m. Sunday — Justin Walter Braden, 26, no address given, was seriously injured when the motorcycle he was driving crashed on Route 356 near Buffalo Trails. Police said Braden was flown by medical helicopter to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh; his condition was not known this morning.
8:25 p.m. Saturday — Earl Francis Vogel Jr., 46, of Valencia was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Hannahstown Road in Jefferson Township3 a.m. Saturday — A young burglar broke into Shurina’s Pizza Shop on Route 356 in Winfield Township and took an undisclosed amount of money and food. Police said the suspect, whom they did not identity, faces burglary and other charges in Butler County juvenile court.Saturday — Cars driven by Alynda M. Wallace, 45, and Robin Stahlman, 18, both of Chicora collided on East Slippery Rock Road near Chicora-Fenelton Road in Chicora. Stahlman suffered a minor injury. Police said Wallace was cited for illegally entering the road.Saturday — Hillary N. Parkison of Butler reported that someone stole $600 in currency after breaking into her car in the parking lot at the Spillway Bar in Oakland Township. The theft occurred between 1:05 and 2:15 a.m.10 p.m. Friday — Barry Howard Wilson, 47, of Hilliards is accused of assaulting Holly Wilson, 37, of Butler during a domestic dispute at a Christie Road home in Washington Township. Police said Barry Wilson is charged with simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief.6:53 p.m. Friday — A minivan driven by Matthew A. Rapp, 18, of Pittsburgh struck the rear of a car on Interstate 79 in Jackson Township. William Denman, 54, of Cortland, Ohio, who was driving the car, was treated at UPMC Passavant Cranberry for minor injuries. Police said Rapp was cited for an unspecified traffic violation.5:38 p.m. Friday — A vehicle driven by David Kozerski, 44, of Pittsburgh struck the rear loading ramp of a utility trailer on Interstate 79 near Tollgate Road in Jackson Township. Kozerski’s vehicle, after hitting the trailer, veered off the road and into a guardrail.Police said that at the time of the crash, traffic was backed up from a previous accident. Kozerski, police said, was cited for driving too fast for conditions.5:35 p.m. Friday — Cars driven by Karen Ramsey, 43, of McKees Rocks, Allegheny County and Joseph Lagnese, 18, of Sewickley, Allegheny County collided on Interstate 79 in Jackson Township.4:25 p.m. Friday—A car driven by David A. Dickison, 35, of Butler crashed and rolled over twice on Protzman Road in Summit Township. Police said Dickison, who was treated at Butler Memorial Hospital for minor injuries, faces a ticket for driving on the wrong side of the road.11:22 a.m. Friday — Robert F. Wick Jr., 51, of Butler was hurt when he lost control of his pickup truck and crashed into a tree along Unionville Road near Election House Road in Franklin Township. Wick was treated at Butler Memorial Hospital for minor injuries.11:11 a.m. Friday — Jamie Meskow, 20, of Rochester, Beaver County, fell asleep at the wheel, crossed the center line and crashed his vehicle into a truck on Route 68 near Connoquenessing School Road in Connoquenessing Township.Meskow and Terry Oxendine, 40, of New Brighton, Beaver County, the truck driver, suffered minor injuries. Police said Meskow was cited for three unspecified traffic violations.Thursday — An unknown burglar took $50 from the Dutch Lane home of Steven Calhoun in Connoquenessing Township. The break-in occurred between 7 and 11:45 a.m.11:26 p.m. Sept. 6 — Darrin Dibiccaro, 38, of Slippery Rock was arrested for suspicion of DUI at New Castle and Duffy roads in Butler Township.
7 p.m. Saturday — The unknown driver of a late-1990s model, green Ford truck struck a car parked at Bear Street and Route 422 in Worthington, and did not stop after the crash. Connie Fox of Worthington owns the car.Police said the truck, possibly hauling a refrigerator or freezer in its bed, was reportedly occupied by two males in their 20s. Anyone with information is asked to call the Kittanning barracks at 724-543-2011.
Sunday — An unknown driver between 8 and 11 a.m. struck and damaged a mailbox at the George Junior Road home of Charles Clauss in Pine Township.5:12 p.m. Saturday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Joseph Guyette, 21, of Grove City struck a ditch and rolled onto its roof on Irishtown Road near Chestnut Ridge Road in Pine Township. Police said Guyette, who suffered a minor cut on the hand, was cited for driving too fast for conditions.Saturday — Someone fired a paint ball gun at the Irishtown Road home of Wiliam Semple in Pine Township.Friday — Deborah Parson of Chicora reported that someone stole the Pennsylvania license plate GZD-1105 from her vehicle on Mercer-Grove City Road in Findley Township. The theft occurred between Wednesday and Friday.
2:02 p.m. Saturday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Brooke Nail, 28, of Slippery Rock crashed into a boulder and an embankment after a tire blew out on Route 108 in Scott Township.
