Craven, Lewis
Tanya Craven and Travis Lewis were united in marriage July 12 at Walker Gardens in Bigler. The Rev. Henry Scoff officiated. A reception followed at the Red Fern in St. Marys.
The bride is the daughter of Gene and Teddi Craven of Brookville. Parents of the bridegroom are Bob and Janeen Lewis of Brookville.
The honor attendant was Jill Fiscus of Brookville. Bridesmaids included Becky Allen-Mitchell of Chambersburg, Ashley Barna of Cleveland, Beth Conti and Jessie Dinger, both of Pittsburgh and Emily Craven of State College.
Performing the duties of best man was Keith Richards of Manchester, Conn. Ushers included John Seacrist of Brookville, Matt Lounder of Burgettstown, James Shaffer of Uniontown, Josh Lewis of Fayetteville, N.C., and Dr. Brent Craven of State College. Blaine and Noah Lewis of Fayetteville were ring bearers.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Brookville High School and a 2007 graduate of Edinboro University. She is enrolled in the reading master's program at Edinboro and is a third-grade teacher at the Oakland Township Elementary School in Butler.
The bridegroom graduated from Brookville High School in 2002 and from California (Pa.) University in 2006. He is a 2008 graduate of Lock Haven University's physician assistant program. He works as a physician assistant at Pediatric Alliance in Pittsburgh.
Following a honeymoon trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple is making their home in Butler.
