Ovel E. Schuler, 65, of Mars died July 12 at UPMC Passavant Cranberry Hospital.

Born in Beaver County, May 23, 1943, he was the son of the late Harold R. and Lucy E. Channell Schuler.

He was a retired electrician from the Dravo-Doyle Co.

He was a Navy veteran and attended the Church at the Heights in Pine Township.

Surviving are his wife, Margaret K. "Peggy" Cox Schuler, who he married April 24, 1965; a daughter, Kristine Schuler of Mars; a son, Kevin Scott Schuler of Mars; a grandson, Zackery Ovel Schuler; and two sisters, Mrs. Norman (Virginia) Kopicko of Moon Township and Mrs. Frank (Alta) Spara of Pitcairn.
