8:57 p.m. Sunday — Danny Michael Bragg, 33, of Ford City was charged with simple assault, possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use, harassment and public drunkenness after allegedly striking Carol Ann Bauman, 30, of Butler in the face in her West Penn Street residence. Police found the couple arguing outside. Bauman's face was red and swollen. Bragg was arraigned before District Judge Wayne Seibel. Bragg was then jailed in Butler County Prison in lieu of a $5,000 bond.10:53 p.m. Friday — John Wroblewski Jr., 40, of Butler was arrested for simple assault and harassment after allegedly attacking Nicole Lee Buzzelli, 30, of Butler. After police found the couple arguing outside in the 400 block of North Washington Street, she told police Wroblewski bit her lips and pushed her head into the cement. Police report Buzzelli's lips were bleeding but her head wasn't. Wroblewski was placed in Butler County Prison before posting a $2,000 bond and being released.9:31 p.m. Friday — An unknown man tore a $50 urinal out of the wall of the bathroom nearest the tennis court at Butler Memorial Park. A witness who heard banging in the bathroom then found the damage described the man as white, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, with shoulder length hair, wearing a white shirt and dark pants and traveling in a big maroon car.11:03 p.m. Aug. 11 — Joshua Shank, 18, of Butler was charged with harassment and underage consumption after allegedly going to Heather Schrecengost's residence at West New Castle Street repeatedly and cursing at her.Aug. 10 — Someone keyed the driver's side of a van owned by Bryan Walker, 46, of Butler while it was parked on North Jackson Street between 12 a.m. Aug. 9 and 12:17 p.m. Aug. 10.Aug. 9 — Someone stole $280 in cash from a wallet in a vehicle owned by Brian McDonald, 38, of Butler while it was parked outside his Broad Street residence between 9 p.m. Aug. 8 and 10:30 a.m. Aug. 9.

6 p.m. Aug. 10 — James Corman, 18, of Freeport was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of an illegal handgun following a traffic stop on Route 356. Christopher Visnesky, 19, of Freeport was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following the traffic stop.6 p.m. Aug. 9 — Joseph Lowes, 24, of Sarver was charged with distribution of marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and criminal mischief after police responded to a call on Reimer Road. Police also charged Brian Sprague, 23, of Freeport with drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

3:08 p.m. Sunday — Jeffery Allen Kuhn, 42, of Clinton Township and Charlotte Ann Howell, 38, also of Clinton Township, were each charged with simple assault and harassment following a domestic call to Holbein Lane. Kuhn has an active warrant for possession of cocaine from the Broward County Sheriff's office in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. He is jailed in Butler County Prison awaiting extradition to Florida.12:20 p.m. Sunday — A car driven by John Armstrong, 92, of Cabot and a car driven by Gina Spagnola, 22, of Butler, collided at the intersection of Route 356 and Marwood Road in Jefferson Township. Spagnola received minor injuries. Armstrong was not injured. Both drivers were wearing seat belts.8:30 a.m. Saturday — An SUV driven by Gary Fischer, 55, of Renfrew hit a tree off Kriess Road in Connoquenessing Township. Fischer, who was wearing a seat belt, received minor injuries. He was cited for not driving at a safe speed.Saturday — Someone stole a $1,300 Club Car golf cart owned by Kenneth Early, 60, from his Washington Township residence on Route 38 between 11 p.m. Friday and 7:45 a.m. Saturday. The cart was later recovered off Route 138 in Clay Township. Anyone with information about the theft should call police at 724-284-8100.8 p.m. Friday — A minivan driven by Aimee Moore, 41, of Butler and a car driven by Philip Angert, 31, of Butler collided on Route 8 in Middlesex Township. No injuries were reported.7:15 p.m. Aug. 6 — Joseph Taylor, 31, of Wampum in Lawrence County was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Route 19 in Muddy Creek Township.

Friday — Someone damaged a wooden gate to a blocked access road at Pennsylvania Game Commission property in Bradys Bend Township between July 20 and Aug. 15.

8:20 p.m. Friday — Timothy Potter, age unavailable, of Knox was charged with simple assault following an alleged incident involving Trisha Pisor, age unavailable, also of Knox, in their vehicle while traveling on Huckleberry Ridge Road in Piney Township. After Pisor attempted to drive from the scene, she was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Potter was jailed in Clarion County Prison in lieu of $5,500 bond.Aug. 4 — Someone stole an unspecified amount of gasoline from the Toby Township municipal building on Elder Road between 3 p.m. Aug. 1 and 7 a.m. Aug. 4.July 1 — Someone threw about 50 tires down a gorge on property owned by George Freeman, 77, of Knox in Clarion County at the intersection of Stonehouse and Shoup roads in Richland Township. Anyone with information about the incident may call police at 814-226-1710.

3:43 p.m. Saturday — A 16-year-old girl was charged with terroristic threats after allegedly threatening her mother with a knife during an altercation at their Slippery Rock Township residence.

1:48 a.m. Saturday — An SUV driven by Daniel Scarberry, age unavailable, of New Castle, hit a utility pole off Route 308 in Scrubgrass Township before rolling onto its side. Scarberry, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to Grove City Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries. The Emlenton Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.
