drilling will immediateley lower costs. The Opec countries WILL react to us STARTING a program to reduce oil (any program) because as they see the market shrink - their product is worth less. AND as they realize that the best way to make a buck is to sell it TODAY, they will lower prices.

Don't for a moment think any of those thugs is worried about 10 years from now - they want their $$$ today.
