Bennett

Helen E. Bennett, 89, of Butler, formerly of Gibsonia and Coraopolis, died Tuesday at the Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born July 6, 1919, in Sewickley, Mrs. Bennett enjoyed playing bingo and poker and was an avid Steelers and tennis fan.

She is survived by a daughter, Debbie B. Garrard and her husband, Verne, of Lake Orion, Mich.; a son, Brian P. Bennett and his wife, Chris, of Evans City; seven grandchildren, Melanie, Heather, Jeff, Michelle, Dan, Katie and Jason; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul F. Bennett, who died in 1977; and by a brother, Charles Jenny.
