Well Matt, I don't know who Rick Devore is but if he hangs around with that Baracula guy that you described in your latest tirade, he must be pretty icky. I must commend Matt on his creative writing but he still gets the facts all wrong. First, Matt now admits that it was Reagan who opened the floodgates of China trade after twice insisting that it was Clinton. Suddenly changes his story when faced with the facts. But, he claims Reagan did it for altruistic reasons. Get real Matt! He did it to line the pockets of his rich friends. Next, Matt states that Clinton sold out our military technology to China for $30 million. No such thing ever happened. That story is a lot of false Rush Limbagh propaganda. Launching US satellites from China was another stupid thing that was going on before Clinton took office and they did use technology garnered from a crashed satellite they salvaged to enrich their own ICBM program; but, once again, reality is not as Matt sees it. I'm sure Matt also believes that Clinton had people murdered, which is another major right-wing fallacy. To continue, Matt falsely claims that the cruise missle strikes ordered by Clinton in 1998 only hit a medicine factory and a school. The pharmaceutical plant that was destroyed in Sudan was owned by a close associate of Osama bin Laden and there was evidence that chemical and biological weapons were being produced there. Maybe the intelligence was weak but, hey, George W. Bush can use shoddy intelligence to launch a years long trillion dollar war that has cost thousands of lives but Matt doesn't care about that. He just wants to continue to demonize Clinton. Now, let's look at the the cruise missle strikes that destroyed two major terrorist bases in Afghanistan. One was bin Laden's own home base at the time. Strong intelligence indicated that bin Laden and his top men would be having a meeting there that day. However, they had left two hours before the missles hit. That has been verified by captured terrorists who were there. So it looks like Matt's wrong once again. Also, I read Lisa's latest rant, and, let me ask you folks, is it just me or does she really make no sense at all?
