Jim states that "Bill Clinton had Osama in his sights and no guts to pull the trigger." So, here we go with sloppy misinformation again. Clinton, in fact, ordered a cruise missle strike on bin Laden's base in Afghanistan when it became clear that he was behind attacks on americans abroad (USS Cole etc.) This was a bold attempt to take out bin Laden before most politicians even comprehended the danger of the man. Clinton was rebuked by many congressional Republicans for taking this step. There is a false story circulated that Sudan offered to turn over bin Laden to the US and Clinton refused. That never happened. The Clinton administration tried to exdradite bin Laden from Sudan but Sudanese officials sent him to Afghanistan after Clinton ordered a few strikes on Sudan for hosting Osama and his terrorist training camps. So, Jim, please don't try to re-write recent history to butress your anti-Democrat rants.
