Phil English needs to go

Is there a more ineffective congressman than Phil English? His only goal is to stay in office; his expertise is to take millions of dollars in political action committee money while unemployment and inflation continue to rise. Career politicians like English need to be booted out--especially ones who have close ties to the disastrous Bush administration.
