Andy from Pittsburgh asks for some more details on the type of government I am advocating for. In essence, the government I am advocating for is similar to the one erected by the Founders and one that fully respects the Bill of Rights.

When I state funding for the government would be voluntary, I envision a sales tax-like levy that people could pay when making purchases. This levy would be voluntary and government could entice people to pay by stipulating that any tort claims relating to the purchase could only be adjudicated if the levy was paid. A government that respects rights can not violate them through compulsory taxation

All military and police forces would be purely voluntary, as they are today. People would have an inalienable right to a jury trial. Infrastructure is a complex question but I favor privatization of most infrastructure (with the exception of military bases, police stations, court houses and jails/prisons).
