I'm a little curious about the good doctor's form of government which would consist of a police force, a military and a court system. He claims such a system would be suppported by "a voluntary funding, like a sales tax." I was not aware that the sales tax I paid yesterday was voluntary. Would the military and police forces be staffed voluntarily or by conscription?

Would the court system still maintain a trial by jury of one's peers or would a judge render all verdicts alone? How would infrastructure be built or maintained? Since taxes pay for things like the electricity to run traffic signals at intersections would he want to replace traffic control with the human element? (police force)

I find the good doctor's vision sadly lacking in detail. Sorry.
