The very day of the decision he signed in to Law SB 144 providing for the chemical castration of these convicted wastes of flesh. But this punishment too may very well find it's demise in the weight of a liberal gavel. The 8 yr old that was brutally raped is now a young woman entering Law School; sleeping with a night light, reliving the savage attack with every horrendous nightmare, and perpetually peering over her shoulder in fear of his return to someday kill her. Seven year old Megan Kanka (for whom Megan's Law is named) was found discarded in a plastic toy container. The vibrant and much loved little girl was raped and strangled by a paroled sex offender.
