5:05 a.m. Monday — Four unidentified juveniles are accused of disturbing tenants at Forest Heights after the youths went into the apartment complex's swimming pool after hours. The youths, whom police did not identify, face charges for defiant trespass.12:23 a.m. Monday — James Evans Jr., 24, of Butler faces theft charges after police spotted him in front of the St. Vincent DePaul Store, placing a shopping bag full of DVDs and videocassette tapes into a vehicle. In addition to theft, Evans is accused of driving with a suspended license.

Saturday — A theft from a vehicle parked on a side alley off of McConnell Street was reported to police. The victim, Charles Gaston of Grove City, reported an envelope was stolen from his unlocked truck. The envelope contained his owner's card, insurance card and $200.Friday — Police received a report of theft of several tennis racquets from Grove City College tennis courts. During the week of June 30 through July 3, six various models of Head tennis racquets were taken. Each was valued at about $75. The racquets were being used at a tennis camp being conducted there.July 9 — Sheri McConnell of Grove City reported the theft of a yellow and black 20-inch Magna bicycle valued at about $90 on June 30 from Tower Presbyterian Church between 7 and 9 p.m.June 29 — Richard Spence of Grove City reported a theft that occurred in a garage at the 300 block of North Broad Street. It was reported that a small black Century money box was stolen containing $150.

7:45 a.m. Monday — Acar driven by Sharon K. Allen, 46, of Slippery Rock rolled onto its roof after colliding with a farm tractor on Branchton Road near Route 8 in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Allen, who suffered minor injuries, was cited for careless driving.Monday — Ronald Wissinger of Butler said his wallet was stolen from his vehicle parked on Herman Road in Summit Township. Police said the vehicle's windows were down when the wallet was taken between 5:10 and 8 p.m.1:10 a.m. Sunday — Justin Wagner, 18, of Prospect was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 528 in Brady Township.Sunday — An unknown thief stole a red and black, 2005 Honda CRF50F motorcycle from a Bicker Road home in Winfield Township. Ronald Mangol of Cabot owns the motorcycle, which had the number 73 on it.

8 p.m. Monday — Henry Treece Jr., 40, was arrested for allegedly assaulting Ray Treece, 39, during an altercation at their home in the village of Yellow Dog in West Franklin Township.Henry Treece was arraigned on charges of simple assault and harassment, and placed in the Armstrong County Jail on $1,000 bail. Police said Ray Treece also was cited for harassment in the incident.
