It amazes me how people still think that we went against Randy's coaching because of playing time. People would be SUPRISED how parents are complaining though they have kids that play and some have played ALOT! We aren't a bunch of stupid people with petty problems! And there are more than 6 people raising these issues. This was a hard decision to come forward with these complaints! How do you think we got to this point?? We like Randy as a person and don't care WHAT he does in his personal time. Who wants him run out of town?!?! DUH!! Be mature about it! Our kids and his kids have grown up together! I got involved because I am sick of seeing & hearing all the issues that people have had over the YEARS with Randy's conduct toward our kids that are TOTALLY uncalled for in a school environment! NO sensible adult parent would put up with the things we know! People haven't petitioned against Randy because alot of the people don't want to get noticed like we did because of all the repurcussions we've had to put up with! These issues are PERSONAL and I commend our school board for keeping things quiet! They've had to put up with continual badgering about this subject at board meetings when they made a decision to end Randy's position due to the evidence brought up. It's why we haven't come to every meeting in scores because we trust our school board to do the right thing. Why can't people see that perhaps there is MORE to this? We are a small community and we all know each other. Man, it's a coaching job, not the presidency! Give it a break already! Life does go on and everyone CAN be replaced believe it or not! It also amazes me that people who say they support Randy go behind his back and say differently when they find out (SOME OF) the facts then have still kept quiet.
