6:36 p.m. Saturday — Tonya Albert, 21, of Grove City was arrested for following a Butler man "numerous times in public" on Friday and Saturday, a police report said. Police said on one occasion she hit the man, whom she claimed to love, in the face.Officers found Albert on West New Castle Street, where she was arrested. She was arraigned on charges of stalking and harassment, and placed in Butler County Prison on $5,000 bond.4:24 p.m. Saturday — Someone damaged property and a vehicle at Waterbec Autobody on South Cliff Street. The damage included a broken window in the paint booth and several dents in the wooden door frame of the shop. Additionally, it appeared a BBgun was used to break the window of a vehicle.2:28 a.m. Saturday — Thomas Richard Huff IV, 23, of Butler was arrested for driving under the influence on Sumner Avenue. Huff also was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana.Clint James Harper, 22, of Butler, a passenger in Huff's vehicle, was arrested on a warrant issued out of Venango County.12:37 p.m. Monday — Joe McKain of Butler reported the Pennsylvania license plate YSH8354 was taken off his pickup truck parked on Hallet Street.9:36 a.m. June 2 — Marie Bartley, 80, of Butler Township was hurt when the car she was tying to park struck the Butler Armco Employees Credit Union building on Hollywood Drive. Bartley was treated at Butler Memorial Hospital for unknown injuries. The building sustained damage in the accident.

1:45 a.m. today — Reaching speeds of more than 130 mph, a motorcyclist led troopers on a chase that ended when he laid the bike down in the grass on Cornetti Road in Clearfield Township.The chase began after police spotted Todd Cypher, 38, of Fenelton run a stop sign in Butler Township. When troopers tried to pull over Cypher, he allegedly failed to stop. He traveled onto Route 422 eastbound where speeds topped triple digits.Cypher faces a charge for fleeing or attempting to elude police, as well as other unspecified traffic offenses.

Thursday — Lisa Thomas of Ontario, Canada, reported her wedding rings were stolen between 11 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. from the Best Western motel in SpringfieldTownship.Thomas told police she accidentally left the rings at the motel when she checked out. When she realized what happened and returned to the motel, the rings were gone.
