I was a patient of Dr. McNerneys and I had no problem getting my records sent to my new Dr. You can't just ask for the records and keep them, they must be sent to your new Dr. I did this is Jan. so I'm not sure if his office is still sending them out. If not they would be sent to a storage location, like the mines in Boyers. Hope this helps.
