<B>Michele Cogley</B> of Kittanning has joined Indiana (Pa.) University's McNair Scholars Program.The program promotes entry into graduate school for first-generation, low-income and minority students through special educational opportunities.Cogley is the daughter of Rege and Judy Convery of Butler and is a graduate of Butler High School. She and her husband, Rick, have three children.—-
<B>Jennifer Stoner</B> of Butler was crowned the 2008 Rodeo Queen at the North Washington Rodeo held April 26.Brittany Angert of Petrolia was first runner up.Stoner is a 2007 graduate of Butler High School and Butler County Vocational Technical School.
