CRANBERRY TWP — Interim District Judge Joseph O'Donnell Jr. recently heard these cases:

Brad C. Connelly, 25, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged March 5 by CranberryTownship police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Dawn Marie Alexander, 27, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 3, 2007, by CranberryTownship police with conspiracy to commit retail theft and retail theft.

Gregory John Bieselt, 31, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 16 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, driving with license is suspended, disregard of traffic lane, operating a vehicle without insurance and using a recalled, canceled, suspended, revoked, disqualified, fictitious or fraudulent altered driver's license.

Kevin John Hill, 22, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 25 by Butler County detectives with theft by unlawful taking and possession of a controlled substance.

Kassidy Rae Cercone, 20, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged March 6 by Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking.

Kenneth Young, Jr., 40, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 5 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft and corruption of minors.
