Sorry about your situation. Unfortunately when our kids get involved with the law, they seem to be allowed to run your life. I could suggest getting a GOOD attorney, but you probably thought that out already. As for homeschool, I don't think anyone can prevent you legally from doing that unless behavior issues are a problem for that type of school. Consider another attorney and real advise. As for Erie, maybe she is in a good place and can get some help for the situation. These poor kids have alot of problems to face when they go to school,there are alot of teens that try to cause others problems, sorry again about yours. Hope all turns out well. Get that good attorney and some useful advise, maybe in another county would help. Pittsburgh has good attorneys for family matters. You also mentioned ADHD. maybe get a comprehensive evaluation elsewhere as well for her. Trust your instincts and get a better attorney. GOOD LUCK
