David J. Landis, 55, of New Sewickley Township, Beaver County, died Saturday at his home.

Born Oct. 16, 1952, in Butler, he was the son of the late Donald and Wynona Malloy Landis.

Mr. Landis had been employed at the Kountry Kitchen in Zelienople.

He enjoyed his dog and fishing.

He is survived by a brother, John Landis of Baden; two sisters, Donna Williams of Rochester and Lorrie Dessecker of Butler; a daughter, Heather Smith; a son, Ethan Landis; and good friends, Frank and M.J. Barnhardt of New Sewickley Township.
