Smith

Janet C. Smith, 93, of East Brady Street Extension died at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born Sept. 6, 1914, in Butler, she was the daughter of Fred Cochran and Ida Pearl Cubbin.

She had been a domestic worker and was a member of the Hill United Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Nancy S. Berry and Judith A. Gray, both of Butler; four grandchildren, Wayne M. and Brian T. Shuler, Robert J. Gray and Janice K. Horstman; three great-grandchildren, Justin C. and Danielle E. Shuler and Kathleen S. Horstman; a sister, Mrs. George (Ida G.) Troost of Florida, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her husband, Robert M. Smith, who died May 13, 1963; three brothers; a sister, and a granddaughter.

<B>SMITH </B>— There will be no public visitation. A memorial service for Janet C.
