Carol M. Thompson
Carol M. Thompson, 43, of Sarver died Wednesday at Allegheny General Hospital.
Born in New Kensington, Dec. 28, 1964, she was a daughter of Marlene Wallace Detman and the late James E. Detman.
She was a farm wife and enjoyed reading, canning and cooking.
Mrs. Thompson was a member of the Center Methodist Church in Natrona Heights.
She is survived by her husband, David K. Thompson, whom she married March 9, 1985; her mother of Tarentum; a son, Karl Thompson of Sarver; a brother, James Detman Jr. of Etters, York County; and three sisters, Mrs. Tim (Mary Lou) Hemphill of Sarver and Sue Detman and Deborah Carter.
<B>THOMPSON </B>— Friends of Carol M. Thompson, who died Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2008, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. James Gascoine, her church pastor, officiating.
