How moronic to actually believe that grandparents raise grandchildren on purpose. WHAT???? What if possibly the mother is ill and needs the help? What if you as a family member see a child neglected? Foster care is a horrible option, mostly because children need their family. You do not know what you are talking about. NO ONE wants to raise children on purpose when their own kids are grown. What about seriously disabled adults bringing children into the world and cannot care for them??? You have NO Clue what you are talking about. Family members that care for these children are a blessing. These people sacrifice like a parent and it is not because they just can't wait to raise a child. WOW! WOW!
