Timothy Wayne Roy, 46, of Butler died at 2:05 p.m. Thursday at his home.

He was born Jan. 29, 1961, in Homestead, the son of the late Kenneth Lynn Roy and Annabelle Thompson Roy Anderson of Cedar Grove, W.Va.

Surviving are his mother, Annabelle Roy Anderson of Cedar Grove, W.Va.; his wife, Suzanne Roy; one daughter, Arianna Roy and one son, Timothy W. Roy II, both of New Iberia, La.; three brothers, Jerry, Robert and Kenny Joe Roy, all of Butler, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Malcum Ray Roy.
