welfare is a helping hand, not to become a lifestyle, or in other words a career. after say two years you need to get off of it!!! food stamps for those who need it fine. but no more cash payments. too many times i see these people go to school govt paid and get a job for a week or two then back on the system. get a car bought for them work a couple weeks back on the system again. i have seen this first hand with a memebr of the family no longer welcome in my house!!!
