Woman, 21, wins pageant

Winner takes classes at beauty school

RICHLAND TWP — Maggie Revilla, 21, was crowned Miss Butler County USA Sunday during a pageant at the Kean Theatre on the campus of St. Barnabas Health System.

The daughter of Craig and Kathleen Revilla of Williston, Vt., Revilla is a 2005 graduate of Champlain Valley Union High School and has attended Grove City College. She currently attends the Butler Beauty School and works at Super Cuts in Gibsonia.

Revilla was crowned by Jo Marie Rankin, winner for 2007.

First runner-up was Lauren Hribar, 18, of Cranberry Township. Second runner-up was Kuljit Kaur, 17, of Cranberry Township, who also was named Miss Amity.

Third runner-up was Amanda Dillaman, 18, of Slippery Rock. Amber Grupp, 17, of Butler was named fourth runner-up.

Javelyn Hollefreund, 18, of Butler was named Miss Photogenic.

As pageant winner, Revilla will receive a paid entry to the Miss Pennsylvania USA Pageant, which leads to the nationally televised Miss USA Pageant. The Miss USA Pageant is part of the Miss Universe Organization.
