You were a strong lady with kind eyes,

You have prayed and given love to many people

much of my strength came from knowledge

and respect you have poured into my life.

You have built a bridge of faith

between your life and mine.

You have taught me to face a real world

Remembering to be strong and yet great

your service to life is a great

example and I am proud you were my mother.
