Hixon

Jeffrey W.Hixon, 41, of Renfrew died Wednesday evening as a result of a farm accident.

He was born on Aug. 16, 1966. He was the son of Wayne and Wanda Goehring Hixon.

He was a member of First Baptist Church, Evans City. He was a partner with his father as a dairy farmer.

He is survived by his wife, Miriam R. Pressau Hixon, who he married May 31, 1997; a daughter and a son, Jacob and Megan Hixon, both at home; a sister, Ann Hixon of Butler; two brothers, James (Kelly) Hixon of Renfrew and Andrew (Tricia) Hixon of Mars; maternal grandparents, James and Genowefa Goehring of Renfrew; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Esther Hixon of Renfrew; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jean and Wilma Pressau of Evans City; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Martin and Sandra Pressau of Slippery Rock and Paul and Christine Pressau of Beltville, Md.; and nieces and nephews, Hannah, Bailey, Caleb, Lilyan and Moriah Hixon, Julia Bowlbe, and Tatiana, Jacquelyn, Apielle and Desiree Pressau.

<B>Hixon</B> — Friends of Jeffrey W. Hixon, who died Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at <B>A. Carl Kinsey-Ronald N. Volz Funeral Home</B>, 328 W.Main St.,Evans City. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church, Evans City with the Rev. Jeff Mackay officiating.
