Kozar, Vogel

A Dec. 29 wedding is being planned by West Mifflin residents Christy Vogel and Robert Kozar.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Leonard and Susanne Vogel of Evans City. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are William and Ellen Kozar of Portage, Mich.

The bride-elect is a 1992 graduate of Butler High School, a 1996 graduate of Slippery Rock University and a 2001 graduate of Mary Grove College. She works in the West Mifflin School District in West Mifflin.

Her fiancé graduated in 1997 from Portage Northern High School, in 2002 from Michigan Tech University and in 2004 from the University of Michigan, earning a master's degree. He works for Bechtel Bettis in West Mifflin.
