Edith June Timblin Davis, 75, of Monson, Mass., formerly of the Chicora and Butler areas, died Monday, Aug. 20, 2007, in Monson.

Born in Donegal Township, June 4, 1932, she was the daughter of Joseph Burton and Florence Marie Wolford Timblin.

She was a 1950 graduate of Butler High School and had worked in the tobacco fields and also as a nurse in Monson.

Surviving are her husband, of many years, Sonny Davis; a daughter, Rogerlene, and a son, both of Monson; and two sisters, Gladys Sarah Timblin Ealy and her husband, Robert, of Chicora and Alice Marie Timblin of Volant; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by a sister, a brother and a son.
