Anna Arblaster

Anna R. Arblaster, 80, formerly of Slippery Rock, died at 6:35 a.m. Sunday at Orchard Manor, Pine Township, Mercer County, where she lived the past five months.

Born Aug. 1, 1926, in Fremont, Ohio, she was the daughter of Harold and Wuanita (Truan) Stanley.

She was a homemaker.

She was a Protestant.

She married Elmer C. "Dutch" Arblaster on April 5, 1945, and he died Aug. 23, 2004.

She is survived by a daughter, Star A. Vetpazleni and her husband, Kevin A., of Slippery Rock; four sons, Larry G. Arblaster and his wife, Nancy, Steven R. Arblaster and his wife, Linda, Mark D. Arblaster and his wife, Crystal, and David S. Arblaster and his wife, Barbara, all of Slippery Rock; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Evelyn McQuilken of Sharon and June Phillips of Georgia; and a brother, Carroll Stanley of Ohio.

She was preceded in death by a great-grandson, seven sisters, and a brother.

<B>ARBLASTER</B> — Friends of Anna R. Arblaster, who died Sunday, July 1, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the <B>Jamison Funeral Home</B>, 117 N. Main St., Harrisville.Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. David D. Ealy of Forestville United Methodist Church officiating.Burial will be in the Prairie Cemetery inHarrisville.
