Cheryl L. Okeson

Cheryl Lynn Okeson, 52, of Muddy Creek Township died at 8 a.m. Monday in Muddy Creek Township.

Born in Ellwood City, Nov. 26, 1954, she was the daughter of James Oscar and Joan Elizabeth Weigle Parson.

She was a homemaker and loved gardening and taking care of her dogs and cats.

Mrs. Okeson was Protestant.

Her husband, Donald Clair Okeson, whom she married Oct. 25, 1977, died Sept. 26, 1989.

She is survived by a daughter and her husband, Amber R. and Michael Jamison of Prospect; a sister and brother-in-law, Darla and Joe Moffett of Prospect; a brother and sister-in-law, Duane and Jane Parson of Royersford; and three grandchildren, Skylar, Chesney and Delaney.

<B>OKESON </B>— A private memorial service for Cheryl Lynn Okeson, who died Monday, June 25, 2007, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the White Oak Springs Presbyterian Church,102 Shannon Road, Renfrew, with the Rev. William Lee Dreyer officiating. Entombment will be at the Butler Memorial Park, Butler Township.Memorial contributions may be made to the Susan Komen Breast Cancer Foundation at Susan G.
