EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Jeffrey S. Wild, 43, of Harmony had his case held to court. He was charged May 21 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and disregard of traffic control device.

Dianna Lee, 38, of Valencia waived her case to court. She was charged June 6 by the Adams Township police with two counts of simple assault, theft by unlawful taking, harassment, criminal mischief, defiant trespass and criminal trespass.

Thomas Adam Wallenbrock, 23, of West Sunbury waived his case to court. He was charged June 12 by the Adams Township police with possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Justin Paul McMillen, 24, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged June 12 by the Adams Township police with possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Steven W. Small, 37, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 26 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault, harassment, two counts of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.Christopher Lazaro, 28, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 2 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.David Carl Pliskaner, 30, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 4 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.John Alousius Wojtowicz, 48, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 2 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to drive at safe speeds and accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property.Mary E. Pisarcik, 21, of Valencia waived her case to court. She was charged May 2 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.Matthew Eric Rubright, 33, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged April 4 by the Cranberry Township police with 10 counts of conspiracy to own or operate a chop shop, receiving stolen property and 10 counts of tampering with/fabricating physical evidence.
