BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Brandi Bacome, 28, of Renfrew waived to court charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, driving on the right side of roads and driving roads laned for traffic, filed March 5 by state police.

Michael W. Budner Sr., 37, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 28 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $540 in fines and court costs.

Bruce H. Cornetti Jr., 22, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft, criminal conspiracy and disorderly conduct, filed April 3 by Butler Township police.

Patricia Goepfert, 66, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance/general impairment and driving under the influence/highest rate, filed April 9 by Butler Township police.

Joshua W. Meehan, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence/highest rate of alcohol, driving under the influence/general impairment, driving under suspension, driving on right side of the road and turning movements and required signals, filed April 23 by Butler Township police.

Joseph A. Panei, 22, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, driving on right side of roads, limitations on driving on left side of roads, driving on divided highways, driving vehicle at safe speed, careless driving, reckless driving, immediate notice of accident to police and criminal mischief, filed April 16 by Butler Township police.

Rainy M. Rose, 21, of Fenelton waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed May 17 by state police.

Debra Scalise, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, corruption of minors, driving while operating privilege is suspended and drivers required to be licensed, filed May 16 by Butler Township police.

Richard E. Schreiber, 33, of Prospect was held for court on charges of driving under the influence/general impairment, driving on right side of the road, careless driving, and required position and method of turning, filed March 22 by Butler Township police.
