Northern Steel Select Soccer Club teams saw action this past week:

• The under-11 girls tied IFC 1-1 on a goal by Kyler Lum. Lum scored two goals and Kelly Summers one in a 3-0 win over the Pittsburgh Strikers.

• Carly Deskins and Brittany Miller scored as the under-14 girls defeated the Erie Admirals, 2-0. Chelsea Rice got the shutout in goal.

• Michael Geiselhart scored both goals as the under-14 boys defeated the North Stars, 2-1. Bo Frank scored the lone goal in a 2-1 loss to the Admirals.

• David Hidinger and Kyle Terrill scored both goals in the under-13 boys' 2-0 win over the North Stars. Tyler Nelson got the shutout in goal. The team also lost a 1-0 decision to Century.

• Michael DeFrancisis scored two goals as the under-15 boys defeated Three Rivers 5-3. Dylan McNany, Ethan Bryan and Ryan Hyatt also scored.
