CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Shanon Ace, 27, of Parker waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving, and not wearing a seat belt, filed March 15.

Douglas Birckbichler, 34, of Karns City was held for court on charges of theft and bad checks, filed April 4.

James E. Evans, 43, of Hilliards waived to court charges of DUI, driving without headlights on, and a window obstruction violation, filed Feb. 5.

Francis Huncheck, 51, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed March 12.

Seth R. Legrand, 26, of Fenelton pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic-related lighting violation, filed April 18. He was ordered to pay $370 in fines and court costs.

Travis J. Thompson, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed April 16.
