EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:
David Anderson, 43, of Mount Pleasant, Ohio, had his case held to court. He was charged April 11 by the Jackson Township police with four counts of writing bad checks.
Todd Edward Watt, 22, of Prospect waived his case to court. He was charged April 16 by the state police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Floyd David Groves Jr., 46, of Callery had his case held to court. He was charged March 13 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to keep right, disregard of traffic lane, driving on the sidewalk, careless driving, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property and failure to immediately notify police of an accident.
CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:John Alexander Kunsak, 61, of Wexford, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 29 by the Cranberry Township police with alteration/destruction of a vehicle identification number (VIN), conspiracy to owning/operating/conducting a chop shop, two counts of receiving stolen property and four counts of tampering with/fabricating evidence.George Richard Tweed, 39, of Harmony had his case held to court. He was charged April 4 by the Cranberry Township police with six counts of receiving stolen property, four counts of disposing of a vehicle altered or illegally obtained, four counts of fraudulent documents, four counts of dealings in titles and plates for stolen vehicles, four counts of conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking, four counts of theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy to commit theft by deception.Joseph Michael Sunseri, 47, of Mars has his case held to court. He was charged April 4 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Donald Edward Piper, 40, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged April 4 by the Cranberry Township police with endangering the welfare of children, conspiracy to tamper with/fabricate evidence, tampering with/fabricating evidence, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of making false identification to law enforcement authorities, driving with a suspended license and driving without a license.Julie Renne Grabill, 30, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged April 4 by the Cranberry Township police with endangering the welfare of children, conspiracy to tamper with/fabricate evidence, tampering with/fabricating evidence and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Kieran B. Giovannelli, 56, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged March 18 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving the wrong way and failing to drive at safe speeds.Joseph Walters Elm, 21, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged April 4 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with no headlights.
