The Prospect Boys and Girls Club's under-14 traveling soccer team recently defeated Blackhawk, 3-1.

Kyle Hinchberger, Danielle Wissinger and Cody Wolinski scored goals for Prospect. Michael Stutz had two assists and Jordan Marks made 14 saves in goal.

• Northern Steel's under-11 No. 1 girls tied Century 2-2 as Kyler Lum and Olivia Sharbaugh scored goals. The No. 2 under-11 girls defeated Century 3-1 as Aubri McCoy scored two goals and Nicole Wisniewski added one.

• Dana Steele's goal game Northern Steel's under-14 girls a 1-0 win over the Strikers. Chelsea Rice got the shutout in goal. Rice also shut out Century United 2-0 on goals by Steele and Taylor Bombalski.

• Northern Steel's under-13 boys defeated the Strikers 3-0 on goals by James Wisniesky, Kyle Terrill and Marcus Gurgiolo. They defeated Foothills 5-1 on two goals by Wisniesky and one each by Terrill, Stephen Rodgers and Johnny Fennick.
