SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Jennifer L. Binner, 38, of Freeport was held for court on charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Feb. 20 by state police.

Shawn Bowman, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, child endangerment, harassment, and possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed April 16 by Penn Township.

Christopher F. Dempsey, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed March 8 by Middlesex Township police.

Heidi Ekas, 19, of Sarver was held for court on charges of false reports to law enforcement authorities and possession of a small amount of marijuana, filed March 3 by Saxonburg police.

Ann Marie Gianfrancesco, 35, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of retail theft, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, filed March 13 by Buffalo Township police.

Amos L. Glenn IV, 26, of Arnold, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property, defiant trespass and driving without a license, filed March 13 by Middlesex Township police. He also waived to court a charge of false report to law enforcement authorities, in a separate case filed March 13 by Saxonburg police.

Bradley J. Newcamp, 21, of Mars waived to court charges of DUI, filed March 2 by state police.

William R. Paul, 46, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI and driving too fast for conditions, filed Feb. 26 by Buffalo Township police.

Joseph Zaborowski, 38, of Martinsburg, W.Va., was held for court on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving without a license, and public drunkenness, filed Feb. 1 by Buffalo Township police. He also waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and attempted theft, in a separate case filed Jan. 15 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Brenda Barnett, 41, of Chicora waived to court a charge of theft and three counts of forgery, filed March 28. She also waived to court charges of unlawful use of a computer, computer trespass, theft, and receiving stolen property, in a separate case filed Feb. 26.Richard Facemire, 27, of Petrolia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed March 6.James J. MacArthur, 48, of Fenelton was held for court on two counts each of simple assault and harassment, filed March 4.Kriste L. Maitland, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without rear lights on, and a stop sign violation, filed March 21.Matthew T. Maxwell, 24, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and public drunkenness, filed Feb. 26.Ronald C. Selfridge, 32, of West Sunbury was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and harassment, filed Jan. 17.Joseph T. Smith, 19, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed March 12.Terry Ulisky, 49, of Karns City waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed April 9.Bruce T. Wiskeman, 54, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, careless driving, reckless driving, driving without headlamps on, and making an illegal turn, filed Jan. 5.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Robert Roy Seitz, 47, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged March 20 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving over the divider, limitations on the left side of the road, failure to yield to emergency vehicle and careless driving.Lindsay Morgan Gorman, 21, of Cranberry Township had her case held to court. She was charged Jan. 16 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, disregard of traffic lane and not using low beams.Dennis R. Weber, 42, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 14 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to keep right, disregard of traffic lane, failing to drive at safe speeds and careless driving.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Brandon Craig Johnson, 24, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged March 5 by the Zelienople police with simple assault and harassment.Casey Morrow, 26, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. He was charged March 5 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to stop at a red signal.Jared William Mayhew, 26, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged March 23 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.Gregory K. Hoffman, 30, of Prospect had his case held to court. He was charged Feb. 5 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Eugene Joseph Paslawski, 38, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged March 5 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to carry his license.Lee Edward Engles, 47, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged March 19 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle and failure to stop and give information and render aid.Nathan R. Cox, 22, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged March 19 by the Jackson Township police with two counts each of disorderly conduct and failing to confine his dogs on his premises.
