SLIPPERY ROCK — These cases were heard recently by District Judge Clifford Woessner:

Christopher Robert Hartman, 30, of Hazel Avenue, Butler, waived to court retail theft and driving under suspension charges filed by state police Oct. 2.

SherriAnnCinkscale, 44, address unknown, waived to court six counts of access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and forgery charges filed by state police Nov. 28.

Jacqueline Nicole Aikin, 18, of Glenmills, waived to court a minor-related driving under the influence charge filed by Slippery Rock police Feb. 12.

Alyssa Jean Jamison, 19, ofHarrisville waived to court theft by deception and bad check charges filed by state police Feb. 26.

Christopher Ryan Martinkovich, 19, of Panther Lane, Evans City, waived to court a criminal conspiracy charge filed by state police Feb. 26.

Paul Matthew Stitt, 27, of Country Club Road, Butler, was held to court on a driving under the influence charge filed by state police March 5.

Timothy Robert Zorn, 25, of Aliquippa waived to court a driving under the influence charge filed by Slippery Rock police March 5.

Rodney James Riddle, 48, of EastWater Street, Slippery Rock, waived to court a driving under the influence charge filed by Slippery Rock police March 5.

Emily Renee Tamlin, 20, of Erie waived to court a driving under the influence charge filed by Slippery Rock police March 7.

PaulTimothy Anderson, 23, of Pittsburgh waived to court a driving under the influence charge filed by Slippery Rock police March 7.

Davis, 35, of Lyndora was held for court on charges of DUI, a stop sign violation and driving without registration, filed Jan. 23 by Saxonburg police.Shad G.
