EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:
Ronald Tombari III, 19, of Covington, N.Y., waived his case to court. He was charged March 7 by the Jackson Township police with possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and not using low beams.
Kathleen Little, 40, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 8 by the Mars police with selling/furnishing alcohol to minors and filing a false report to law enforcement.
Grant Jacob Etter, 20, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged March 2 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and failing to drive at safe speeds.
Kathleen Ann Pringle, 41, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged March 5 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and controlled substances, disregard of traffic lane and failure to use seat belts.
David Thomas Dezzutti, 41, of Valencia had his case held to court. He was charged March 14 by the Adams Township police with simple assault, harassment and making terroristic threats.
Mary Ann Mulkerrins, 44, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged March 8 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with no headlights and operating a vehicle without a proper inspection.
Louis E. Nesbitt, 24, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged March 2 by the Evans City police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Robert A. Kane, 39, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged March 2 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with no rear lights.
CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Donald Marks, 45, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to drive at safe speeds and failure to keep right.Clinton Andron McLaughlin, 39, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 20, 2006, by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license.Jason Robert Small, 32, of Portersville waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 16 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to keep right.Steven Frank Shoop, 21, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 20, 2006, by the Cranberry Township police with purchasing alcohol by a minor, disorderly conduct, harassment and simple assault.Lori L. Lydic, 36, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged March 7 by the Cranberry Township police with disposal of vehicle altered or illegally obtained, receiving stolen property, fraudulent document, false swearing and conspiracy of theft by unlawful taking.Robert Alan Monahan, 43, of Ambridge, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 29 by the Cranberry Township police with receiving stolen property, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without insurance.Nathan York Cumberland, 23, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 20 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and driving with no rear lights.Jeffrey Scott Dolan, 40, of Valencia waived his case to court.
