CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Nicholas James Conti, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 8 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to drive at safe speeds.

Jason Thomas Stadtfeld, 22, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 8 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Wayne Scholar, 40, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 3 by the Cranberry Township police with writing bad checks.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Amy Lynn Lambert, 32, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged March 1 by the Adams Township police with receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, allowing illegal use of a license plate/card, misuse of a license plate/card, displaying license plate/card improperly, driving with a suspended license, improper right turn, improper left turn, disregard of traffic devices, improper left turn, use of wrong lane, possessing an instrument of crime, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, fraudulent use/removal of registration plate, three counts of receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without insurance, criminal mischief, two counts of defiant trespass and theft from a motor vehicle.Kevin Brian Keegan, 19, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 16 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy to possess marijuana.Richard James McCune, 23, of New Castle, Lawrence County, had his case held to court. He was charged Jan. 23 by the Jackson Township police with three counts of endangering the welfare of children.Thomas James Totterdale, 31, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 12 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.Mohamed Anfetouak, 31, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 2 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane, failing to obey duties at a stop sign and careless driving.Justin DiFrischia, 22, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived his two separate cases to court. He was charged Nov. 13 by the Zelienople police with two counts each of theft by deception and writing bad checks. In a second case, he was also charged on Nov. 13 by the Zelienople police on charges of theft by deception and writing bad checks.Mindy Victoria Richmond, 23, of Erie waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 19 by the state police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Matthew Adam Gerginski, 22, of Harmony had his case held to court. He was charged Jan. 16 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol and limitations on driving on the left side of the road.Heather Nicole Snyder, 24, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 20 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting arrest and driving with a suspended license.Devon C. Kuhn, 31, of Saxonburg waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 28 by the Zelienople police with two counts each of simple assault and harassment.Robert Eugene Parks, 57, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 25 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to drive at safe speeds, careless driving, failure to use seat belts and recklessly endangering another person.

SLIPPERY ROCK — These cases were heard recently by District Judge Clifford Woessner.Michael Joseph Maluk, 24, of Greenville waived to court driving under the influence charges filed by Slippery Rock Borough police Dec. 17.David Charless Knopp Jr., 31, of Mercer was held to court on driving under the influence and failure to keep right charges filed by Slippery Rock Borough police Dec. 26.Paul Matthew Stitt, 27, of Country Club Road, Butler, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving an unregistered vehicle, and no rear lights filed by state police Jan. 22.Brian Martin Smith, 37, of Rolling Acres, Slippery Rock, waived to court a driving under the influence charge filed by Slippery Rock Borough police Jan. 30.Robert John Vighetti, 22, of Pittsburgh waived to court driving under the influence and careless driving charges filed by state police Jan. 31.Matthew William Kennedy, 21, of Meadville waived to court driving under the influence and wrong way charges filed by Slippery Rock Borough police Jan. 31.Matthew Dylan Wilson, 24, of Hickory Run Lane, Harrisville, waived to court driving under the influence and wrong way charges filed by Slippery Rock Borough police Feb. 5.Robert Kepple, 39, of Strabane, waived to court driving under the influence charges filed by state police Feb. 15.David Craig Duke, 23, of Center Street, Slippery Rock, waived to court driving under the influence and improper movement charges filed by Slippery Rock Borough police Feb. 20.Elizabeth Sheeham, 47, of Pittsburgh waived to court driving under the influence, driving without a license and disregarding traffic lane charges filed by state police Feb. 27.Gerrard Thomas, 23, of Tyrone waived to court disorderly conduct and driving under the influence charges filed by Slippery Rock University police March 5.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Andrew Buzas, 53, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a lane violation and careless driving, filed Feb. 21.Hillary Donivan, 46, of Worthington, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 28.Jason Ferguson, 34, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Dec. 20.Gary Glew, 58, of West Sunbury was held for court on a charges of DUI and speeding, filed Dec. 28.Brenda Johnston, 49, of Butler was arrested for DUI, driving too fast for conditions, accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle, false reports to law enforcement authorities and a lighting violation, filed Jan. 23.Justin Kappler, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and access device fraud, filed Jan. 22.Georgina Meyer, 30, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to a charge of unsworn falsification to authorities, filed Jan. 5. She was ordered to pay $395 in fines and court costs.
