SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

August Fortino, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, underage drinking and driving without headlamps on, filed Feb. 15 by Saxonburg police.

John Gizienski Jr., 39, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Nov. 21 by state police.

Charlotte Hough, 48, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, failing to obey traffic signals, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed Jan. 23 by state police.

Joshua Lamberto, 19, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of receiving stolen property, DUI, DUIwhile a minor, underage drinking and making an illegal turn, filed Jan. 28 by state police.

Danforth Mitchelle III, 34, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of DUI and driving under the influence of a controlled substance, and driving without registration, filed Dec. 8 by Saxonburg police.

Patrick Mohn, 41, of Karns City waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a stop sign violation, filed Dec. 26 by state police.

Joseph Rezak, 20, of Cabot waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 1 by state police.

Lee Robison, 20, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, underage drinking and speeding, filed Feb. 5 by state police.

Michael Seger, 38, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, making an illegal turn, not wearing a seat belt and a lighting violation, filed Feb. 5.

Ronald Shultz, 30, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and three lane violations, filed Dec. 15 by Penn Township police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Dan Blair, 34, of Parker pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed Feb. 26 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $1,063 in restitution, fines and court costs.Bennett Cambell, 19, of West Pittsburgh was held for court on four counts of retail theft and charges of conspiracy, possessing instruments of crime, driving without a license, operating a vehicle without inspection, and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 16 by Butler Township police.Brandon Casagrande, 23, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed Jan. 25 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $1,318.99 in restitution, fines and court costs.Tracy Deal, 36, of Petrolia waived to court two counts each of insurance fraud and illegal acquisition of a controlled substance, filed Feb. 22 by state police.Bradley Delange, 43, of Butler was held for court on a charge of accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle, filed Feb. 26 by Butler Township police.Crystal Depetris, 28, of Indiana, Pa., waived to court charges of retail theft and driving without a license, filed March 16 by Butler Township police.Jason Draper, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle, driving with a suspended license, failure to give information or render aid after an accident, and illegally entering or crossing a road, filed Feb. 5 by Butler Township police.Michael Franklin, 19, of West Sunbury was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Feb. 12 by Butler Township police.Carl Hall, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license and careless driving, filed Feb. 21 by Butler Township police.Kathryn Helzer, 36, of Butler pleaded guilty to two counts of bad checks, filed Feb. 22 by Butler Township police.
