SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Raymond Abel Jr., 45, of Verona, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, making an illegal turn, and a lane violation, filed Jan. 8 by state police.
Jeremy Andring, 22, of Avonmore, Westmoreland County waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road and with no inspection, filed Nov. 21 by Buffalo Township police.
William Coulter Jr., 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, field Feb. 12 by Penn Township police. He was ordered to pay $400 in fines and court costs.
Amanda Dalny, 20, of Brackenridge, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, underage drinking, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving with improper lighting, filed Jan. 8 by Saxonburg police.
Jeffrey Drane, 37, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, a lane violation, careless driving and driving without a valid inspection sticker, filed Jan. 9 by state police.
Heather Finucan, 26, of Butler was held for court on charges of burglary, trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 5 by Penn Township police.
Greg Hatfield, 46, of Sarver was held for court on charges of DUI, careless driving and driving with a suspended license-DUIrelated, filed Nov. 17 by Saxonburg police.
David Lesney, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, field Feb. 12 by Penn Township police. He was ordered to pay $400 in fines and court costs.
Patrick Milliren, 39, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Sept. 22 by Saxonburg police.
Randall Murray, 51, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI and trespass by vehicle, filed Dec. 12 by Penn Township police.
Troy Pett, 40, of Butler waived to charges of theft, bad checks and theft of services, filed Jan. 16 by Penn Township police.
Aaron Rajchel, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, field Feb. 12 by Penn Township police. He was ordered to pay $400 in fines and court costs.
Dana Sutton, 31, of Punxsutawney, Jefferson County, waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 5 by Penn Township police.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Don Michael Taylor, 37, of Portersville waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 1, 2006, by the Lancaster Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, driving without a license and speeding.Mark Francis Nardulli, 49, of Fombell, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 5 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.
